I think a band 6 in each of your subjects and a high band 5 in english should get you what you want

a very large amount of people get very high UAI/ATAR without accelerating. personally i would have liked to accelerate maybe 2 units of chem or phys or something, but in the end i didn't accelerating is good, yes, but there's no massive need and you can do just as well without it

scaling is quite fair, because it removes the inflations added on by moderation, and makes each subject comparable. it's not as if the dudes at the scaling centre go 'lololol omg let's scale up 4u by 25% and cos like, va is a crap subject, let's scale it down' it's based upon how good the cohort...
