No. Nothing ensures anything at this stage. Plus, you haven't provided the rank of your school nor whether or not you've done your trials yet (which may have a drastic effect on your ranks). So, no. Nothing ensures anything.

Depends on - current ranks - how much your trials are worth - the ranking of your school - your cohort - your subjects and in a multitude of other factors. However, with the right combination, it's still possible to do great in the HSC despite crappy trials results.
