I think the best case is that we can be supportive and move on to paper 2. Yeah, sure, if you didn't answer the question at all then you're in trouble, but it's best to move on. Onwards and upwards! Because it makes him feel good

Man, seriously don't stress! If you didn't reference the question enough, it will be a few marks off but not much. In the grand scheme of things it won't have much of an impact :)

Some people peak in year 12 unfortunately. They get good marks and never move on... Also all these past HSC students on here act like they are experts at scaling etc... But they really don't know much so don't let it get to you. We did our best and our marks will reflect how well we did :)

Haha I hope they do :) I'm not saying that the unseen was hard (I legit said that) but also i thought compared to the 10-15 past comprehensions I did it was pretty average. Also... Where have U seen the paper? Ur HSC 2019 so is it online already?

I mean I wouldn't say uunseen was hard per se, but it certainly wasn't a walk in the park. The essay question was quite easy, but there were a few parts to it and I could imagine people losing marks for not referencing everything (i.e. not saying how effectively, not engaging with the 'nature'...

Eh, covid kinda screwed things up but overall a fun and interesting year. You make great friendships and also teachers are way cooler

Eh, not really. Unless you're an idiot its not that hard to do a bit more analysis. I'd say you are working harder pulling out a million quotes from the text tbh.

I'm predicting that this year it will be a general question for all texts, just because it was specific last year. But who knows!
