what I heard is that walking is best to lose weight and to tone, while running is to gain muscle. (i dont know if this is true or not though). Walking is also easier on the body than running. but the best way to lose weight is by swimming.

about the target bags thing: I dont work at target, but they still complain that they had to pay 10c for their bag. I work at Big W customer: do you take flybuys? Me: no now i get this conversation about 3 times a shift. BIG W- we dont do flybuys!

according to our school there is "no such thing as muck up day". we arent even allowed to wear free dress or do anything except go to class. we're having a slave day, but only leadership team and captains are being slaves.
