Which one do you like better, economics or maths?
  2. G

    Subject choices

Generally, they give out more HD's and D's in the higher subjects due to difficulty + it would probably help you in the future as 1141 covers some extra material which is not included in 1131. Not sure if Physics is the same but I'm assuming it is.

    Help please? Totally clueless!

Pick 4 courses per semester, don't worry about majors and minors right now. The order matters because some courses have prerequisites. U should probably pick ACCT1501, ECON1101, MGMT1001 and maybe COMP1917 if you want to do a comp sci major.
  11. G

    Com/Eco course selection

I suggest you pick ACCT1501, ECON1101, MGMT1001 and ECON1203. Replace ECON1203 with MATH1151 if your planning on doing an Actuarial major. :)

    Enrolment Basket - Commerce/Adv Math

You won't do 1151 if you decide to change. They will probably just exempt you because you have done 1141/1241.
  13. G

    living near unsw

It is probably the least you could expect 2 pay 4 sharing... Also depends on what kind of rent you want to be paying. Some are like $200 a month and others are like $500 so it makes a huge difference. And its only an ESTIMATE.
  17. G

    living near unsw

If you plan to live close to uni, then I guess transport won't be needed much? Guesstimate: Around $400 - 500/month
