Melbourne's prestige Internationally seems to increasing, with the best rankings in Australia. Basically, I understand that their degree program has seen a sweeping change in the last few years, with a new layout. To my knowledge, a law degree can only be attained now through a 6 year course...

Hope this isn't too late, but it definitely relates to 'the extent to which the law balances the rights of victims, offenders and society' theme; of which you could discuss diversionary programs and the relative 'justice' for victims, or initiatives like victim impact statements.

Ok, I did a multitude of past papers and would have adjusted my notes accordingly if I had seen a question like this. Anyway, I got 21/25, losing all 4 marks in that question (and it was out of four). The top mark was 24, so I guess catching up is feasible.

They were fairly average. Found that the lecturers were under the assumption that students knew more than they did - especially in the postmodernism lecture. He failed to discuss the premise, rather its relation to modernism and history, so it was a little bit stupid. However, the discussion...
