How hard is it to get a 95 UAI

yes. but why not see what you can achieve, rather than limiting your own potential? in understand your opinion, mine's just different on this topic.

How hard is it to get a 95 UAI

LOVE it! hmm i always wonder about people who aim for a specific mark or atar/uai. i mean, why not pull out all the stops to get the greatest results possible, and open the greatest amount of opportunities for yourself? why stop at what you want right this minute? why give a half-assed attempt...

Desperatly Worried - Should I change schools now?

look, scaling obviously plays a role in your atar result and your hsc results...BUT you have control over them somehow also. in a MASSIVE way. i'm not certain, but i have a feeling that if you push your marks as high up as you are capable - into the high 80's if possible - scaling has a far less...

    B Science/B Arts. Questions!

I've got a question, half related to this thread, half not. Is there any point studying a double degree of: B Arts/B Science to go into scientific research ? Or would the Arts section of my degree be purely interest-driven? Thanks for your input in advance :)

    Bachelor of Medical Science

I'm not exactly sure about what I want to go into yet. I am interested in biology and more specifically, immunobiology. Is a B of Med Science appropriate for this? Or is a B of Science a better preference? Or is Adv Science better? I need to put in my UAC application soon, and I'm just a...

    Any point?

Hi all. As a HSC student, I am wondering if there is any point in me studying a Bachelor of Arts AND Bachelor of Science. I'm interested in Immunobiology, but I'm not sure if it's pointless to do a double degree with Arts...?

    Module C: History and Memory.

For 'The Fiftieth Gate', we did 'Biorhythms: The Holocaust' by MTV Productions as a related text. Quite a distressing documentary, but reasonably easy to link into the novel and elective.

    Grammar??

Hi all. I'm currently writing a feature article for The Fiftieth Gate, in the History & Memory elective. I want to start off with something like this: A place; a path. A gate; a lock. A key; a thought. Memories, memories. (I just made it up) But is the grammar correct? Microsoft...

    past papers instead of notes.

when you are 4-ish months out from the hsc, it's not so easy to "just study" and write notes for at least 5 subjects and have to revise them and do prac q's. its more practical to find an alternative way.

    Past HSC/Trial Papers Printing.

    BAHAHAHAHA! good one :D
  18. stolenhotelpen

Have you started studying for trials?

mine our weeks 4/5. i have been writing my notes throughout the year, but really keeping uptodate now.

    past papers instead of notes.

honestly i would say that its a really good idea to go through past papers because even with school based exams, ive found prac q's to be realy helpful... BUT, you have to know the content. perhaps not making notes, but reviewing areas you are less-than-familiar with.
