Could they ask on friendship for the Peter Skryznecki essay Q?

Could friendship be the Belonging theme? Edit: For the essay question, like cause I don't see how PS really explores friendship

Can they ask on belonging involving friendships. If so could I just link it to relationships e.g btwn PS and his father FS, his relationship to place in 10 Mary St etc

For disputes would I just talk about: Overt,covert Reasons Strategies - use a grievance procedure?

overt = it is open to everyone and many people can see it - e.g a huge picket line outside the businees (like in Billy Elliot) covert = it is closed and only the business will experience it - e.g. workers being absent on purpose Think of it as Overt = Open, Covert = Closed

Evaluate the effectiveness of the criminal trial process as a means of achieving justice For a Q like this would I talk about ALL syllabus dot points under the Trial Process or just choose like 4: Legal Aid, Adversary system, defences to crim charges, plea bargaining?

Some people use one, two or three it varies with how well your chosen case study can cover each syllabus dotpoint
