    A Bit of a Pickle

Do it. These kinds of opportunities will not come around again, and believe me they are so worthwhile. It'll simply take foresight and planning to accommodate for the time away. Revise throughout the year and stay up to date and you shouldn't have any problems.

What goes on in four and a half hours..

I'm going to try and resist even looking at my results, because then I'll spend the whole day thinking about what my ATAR will be. Ignorance is bliss :)

    Good luck!

Well seeing as I'm still undecided, that's excellent news  You deserve it just for mentioning the B word :P Thanks for the ;)

    WHY IS TIME SO SLOW

You're obviously not alone. What on earth are we all doing here .

    Capital Punishment

The Death Penalty is actually hideously expensive for the taxpayer. I refer you here: http://deathpenaltyinfo.org/costs-death-penalty And provide a couple of extracts: "Federal Costs The average cost of defending a trial in a federal death case is $620,932, about 8 times that of a...

    homosexuals

Haha Point taken. It's a bad habit of mine, I'm trying to get rid of it. I hope you appreciate how seriously hypocritical that sounds considering your own posts. Glass houses are difficult places to throw stones. Where on earth did I say women can't work? See my posts in the thread on...

    Australian Politics

I never understand why the Speaker is chosen from the ranks of Parliament. They need to bring an old-school teacher to enforce some decorum. I mean seriously the conduct of politicians is just pathetic. They act like a bunch of schoolchildren in what is supposed to the centre of government for...

    Drug Legalisation

So, lets say your best friend started slitting their wrists, and they won't listen to anything you, or anyone else says. You simply going to let them do that? I don't know about you, but I certainly wouldn't. What people do, regardless of whether like it or not, has consequences beyond...

How about donating it to the people who might actually need and appreciate it more than yourself?

Are men and women actually equal?

Your eloquence is in need of some serious development. Unless you actually have something to contribute then just refrain from such inane comments. Thanks ;)

    Drug Legalisation

It sounds abhorrent doesn't it? Government control over what you do? Restriction of freedom of speech and liberty!!! How dare they! Haven't you heard of the alcohol limit? Drink a certain amount, and you can't drive. I'd call that a government telling its people what to consume... Hasn't it...

    homosexuals

Profanity doesn't exactly endear you to others either, and the anonymity of the internet doesn't really change that. In regards to the question at hand: Civil union? No problem, if they want to live together and be recognised for taxation and superannuation purposes, go right ahead...

    Drug Legalisation

http://www.smh.com.au/national/the-great-debate-that-no-ones-talking-about-20111203-1ocag.html So, Drug Legalization - Ye or Nay? Illegal drugs that is - I think you all know the ones I'm talking about. This includes other stuff like injection rooms etc I have never tried drugs, and have no...

    homosexuals

Please try to learn how to spell. It makes people more interested in what you have to say if they aren't fixated on your grammar ;)

Are men and women actually equal?

I struggle to see any real difference between the two notions. I repeat my earlier posting in this thread: Right down to every last gene the sexes are unique: (XX,XY chromosome) Studies have proven that differences are neurological and genetic in origin and are highly resistant to change...
