Persia - Cyrus to Darius III: Anyone else do question B? I'm pretty sure I was the only one in my class to do it, which I found weird because I thought everyone would do it. I thought the Darius question was too restrictive to one king. Question B allowed you to discuss Cyrus - Xerxes.

Taxation is administration. I talked about the revolts for military achievement. The B was shitty. It didnt ask you to evaluate or judge Xerxes' military achievement. It just wanted you to discuss his military achievement. I.e Revolts, Thermopylae and Athens. It made it that little more...

Just remembered... A & B are not separate, only 45 mins for both! That's actually beneficial, because I dont think I could write more than 3+ for a few of the past questions.

How many pages would be an acceptable amount for Question A, the describe question? I'm not sure I could go over 3 or 4 pages for a few on Xerxes.

Just saw your sig. How is the B.Historical Inquiry at UNE? I put it as my 2nd preference under B.Ancient at Macquarie. It seems to offer a few 'What is history?' type of courses that seem pretty interesting.

Or, alternatively, you could try one or two and see if it has any effect on you. From there you can judge how much would be too much... I wouldn't just pop 50 into my mouth and sit around hoping not to die. That's just me.
