    Depends on your goals (I'm assuming put on muscle). I'd recommend it as a foundation, but once you've established a base level of strength I'd progress to a more bodybuilding orientated program e.g. split routine, 8-10 reps per set, slow the tempo of your reps down.

    Nope will not make you shorter. Stay away from heavy ie. 1 rep max deadlifts and squats at a young age (less than 14, maybe 16 depending on individual), other than that, go for it!

    Have your worked out your maitenance calories and devised according to that? If you havn't, I'd advise you do otherwise your going in blind lol! Scrap the sandwich (bread), and try to divide meals up into 5-6 separate meals, other than that, the food itself looks fine :)

    I pre-pack meals the night before and heat them up in the microwave at school or eat them raw if im lazy (and you don't mind raw brocolli etc.). So depends on your specific diet (I was on keto, so thats of no help to you im guessing), but stick to the well known ones; sardines, tuna, chicken...
