The chips are useless and does not make the card secure until they remove the magnetic strip. As for stooktake our last one was delayed by about a month so our store probably wont have one for a while.

Personally I avoid wifi at all costs (Ethernet FTW!), its probably from cheap hardware but when ever i have used it i have never been able to get a reliable connection out of it with it often dropping out every 10mins.
