I have red the bos attendance policy it says they dont set a minimum but if the principles see that students are not meeting minimum requirements that can give a n award where did u get the 85 percent from.

with a normal eqaution ax^2+by+c , if you have a fraction eg: 0=6t^2/5 + 4t + 5 or 5= 1/2r^2 * 4, how do you know if you times the left by the denominator or both the left and right, not only for this question but in general thanks.
