P.S American express kept me on part-time after my work placement finished!! the pay and the hours are awesome, $30 an hour and 25 per week!

Disregard it as they should. The question asked for and highlighted ONE text, if they did two they did not answer the question. They will still get marks but the depth of their response will mean less marks.

Too true, this article. All we needed to do to master this subject was have 5 rote-learned responses. Or at least, certain memorised ideas and paragraphs and links. You couldn't do this if you got old HSC-esque questions on random tangents (which I believe should be brought back). Mind you...
