When applying for job, if it shows there are no vacancies, should i still apply?

So I've been accepted and enrolled into BE (Flexible), I know the course is quite difficult but how difficult is it? How much hours of work am i expected to put in? I didn't do Ext 1 Maths in year 12 because i dropped it in year 11 thinking i wouldn't do engineering in uni, and I'm still not...

Just wondering, how many hours a week of classes do engineering students have and how many days a week do you all attend?

Before receiving offers in 20 mins. Is there things i should know about making my timetable such as good times? personally i work better early morning or later in the day and anything during or after accepting an offer?

By January offers i mean the ones on the 16th

After the January offers when are the next offers? and by what you're saying does the cut-off change for the offers after the January ones?

wow, what about a b science at usyd? you think there would be any spots left and/or you think the atar would increase?

would it increase by much or does that depend on the atar's of those who have been accepted? because i beat the cut-off by 0.45
