Yeah its true how western uni only provides limited courses compared to others, but eventually they will provide those majors later on again sooner or later. I know also that UWS use to provide more majors than what they use to provide now - and adding medicine/ the new courses that where...

You peoples do know that cut-off's for every university use to be way lower than they are now, especially UTS..B Science at UTS use to be in the 60-65 range..in 2003/04 it was 66.5 or something

UTS isn't that hard to get into either

Whatever..farout study is just like working in the corporate business world or wherever..mostly everyone doesn't want to work anyways.. and therefore work can also equal full time study as well or work = study and vice versa. So if nobody mostly enjoys work, then its MORE likely most people...

Mostly everyone in general is approachable and friendly, therefore it would exists in UWS..no matter what the time is during the daytime. Enthusiasm just comes from the reason why lecturers are lecturers themselves in a particular field or subject and the mood their in for the day..afterall WORK...

Every practical thing in life didn't come from a university course comprising of practical things, it all came from human common sense and through our daily life or experiences..e.g. the invention of glasses didn't come from university, it just came from the desire to see clearer in...

Haha..:bat:, I see it as a good idea for un-elite students because how is anyone suppose to know what they want to do for the rest of their lives or most of their life when you can decide later after the HSC and just apply for the mature age sheme

Thats not so true..you can get the same degree elsewhere and if you want to go USYD..just register for their resources in the library so you can borrow their books (Its possible)..its the SAME thing as going to USYD..the books do all the talking, lecturers dont give a rats ass how you perform -...

I am thinking that it is quite easy to gain a place in a course just by submitting this personal statement and having a ATAR between 50-60 seeing that someone is over 21..so is it easy to gain a place?
