Oh and any idea what the same is for Modern History?

Does anyone have a rough idea about how much Standard English aligns? Say i got 75 Weighted Raw Mark. What would an estimate of my aligned mark be? What would you say i needed to get an 85 Aligned Mark in the HSC?

Oh nice, would you mind posting them up when you get them? I'm really interested in seeing some more of those, the only subject that is relevant to me is SDD :( How many others applied with Hugh?

Question is: For the Examination Mark, given on the day before the ATAR is released: Is this Examination Mark RAW or SCALED according to Bands etc? I'm talking about the Examination Mark that is also used to moderate internal assessment marks. And thus the HSC mark used in the SAM...

I wouldn't drop unless i were getting under 60's AND/OR couldn't handle the workload.

I have some scholarship apps that i have conditional offers for. Seems like ATAR is my weak point, i need a 90+ to have a chance at all. The higher the better. Hopefully you guys are right about this lol

So how do these ranks sound: Standard English, 5/122 General Maths, 3/99 Modern History, 9/34 Software Design, 1/7 Biology, 9/75 School Rank: Expecting maybe in the 90's.

Well not sure what to call it, in my school the RAW exam mark is often boosted up when reported in the school report card, thus giving us marks a bit higher then what we get in the exams. Is this the same with the HSC raw exam mark? or is it just used plain and simple as it is to calculate...

Are these marks scaled (Mostly up i hear?) before being averaged with the moderated internal mark? If they are, how much would they be scaled by? Say i got 75% in Standard English, would it be scaled by 5 marks? 10 marks? 30 marks? I know its impossible to gauge it now, but any idea...

Bah had some recommendations for Lidcombe or Strathfield. Might go check em out tomorrow. But yea, i want korean styled hair for the sake of it :)

So assuming my school assessment mark is 93, do i need a 98+ to get a state ranking? (Estimated)

I saw that someone got a state ranking of 3rd with 96/100 for General Maths. Is this 96/100 raw hsc mark or the aligned mark that we get the day before UAI?
