Yeah definetely, seeing as your school is top 60 I'm guessing the ranks are quite competitive. I think if you are at the middle of your cohort for each subject you should meet your required ATAR but to be safe, put all your effort in this year and get the best marks in rest of assessments and HSC.

First confront your friend about this. Usually in most cases, it is easy to tel if someone is lying. If you are 99% sure, go to your teacher.
