how was your maths ext 2 exam,
What do you think are my chances of a band 6 for 2u, if I averaged 76 throughout the year in 2u and only scored a raw mark of 75 in HSC maths 2u.
What band do you think I will end up with for maths ext 1, if I averaged 55% throughout the year and scored 60% in HSC maths ext 1.

I made sure to redo a lot of the 'find' questions in the exam and I was able to understand everything, I don't think I made too many silly mistakes though

fak uur inbox is full so have to post here. lol idk but for some reason my AMC answers disagree with yours for Q5, Q10 and Q18 so far (im only up to Q18)
For Q5, i think E is incorrect because if you sub in b=4, then p=42, which is divisible by 7. My answer was B for that one.
For Q 10, i think B is incorrect because 10 can be made by these 5 steps:
0+1=1, 1x2=2, 2x2=4, 4+1=5, 5x2=10
My answer was A for that one.
For Q18, I found 7 different ordered pairs, so my answer is D, not B.
the ordered pairs i got were (12,17), (12,7), (5,17), (5, -7), (0,13), (13,13), (0,-13). it tells you x is greater than or equal to 0 but not necessarily y.
these are just my thoughts, and i may well be wrong. anyways good luck for your trials! -
