Hey moseley. Nope. They didn't. I doubt you will be asked that in economics if that's what you are worried about. Besides, even if they ask you you can use the past policies to illustrate your point and you can still not lose mark.

don't worry about the creative writing, i'm sure your essay will make up for it.
yeah i thought i did pretty well. short answers were much easier than i was anticipating. creative writing i liked, i was able to use my prepared story thank God. the essay was okay too.. i wasn't very confident about the essay part before the exam but it actually wasn't bad and thank God for the one related text.. if they asked for two i wouldn't have finished.
overall very happy, good start to the hsc i reckon
