guys im in eng and history and i really wanna do well. like b6 well. however, my school is really understaffed and my teachers are burdened enough with work already, and whatever i hand in takes a while to get back to me. (hell, my exam marks take like a month to get back, so you can imagine how long drafts take-)
that being said, should i use ai to get feedback on my writing? or at least the drafts so i can give a more 'polished' response to my teachers?

yeah I think in that case u can ask these ai platforms especially the ones specific to the hsc course or u can ask someone else u know or get a tutor if that's possible. For eng and his u can also ask tigerian for feedback

I’m gonna start an ins and outs trend for the 26 academic year

Ins:

  • Being efficient with my time and not just delaying tasks till later, because these tasks will pile up and I need to grind each time I have a study session so that I can get more things done in less time so that I have time for revision and other activities
  • Having a good balance between school and extracurricular/ rest/ social life. I wanna maintain this and instead of rotting in my free time, I wanna do something productive. I also wanna make sure studying doesn’t consume my life and I have an adequate amount of time to do other things I enjoy
  • Being involved in the school and trying to party in extra curricular or self run initiatives
  • Having joy in my days and being able to enjoy school and not dread it or be in a constant state of apathy with my life. I wanna be positive and try to enjoy the little things
  • Organisation and planning: I wanna plan things in advance and actually stick to these plans
  • Make new friends and connections with others

Outs:

  • Bad Time management: This is a big one cause I need to be more productive during my study sessions and I need to get more tasks done during the weeks before exams so that I can start studying for exams earlier and actually be prepared
  • Negative mindset: I need to romanticise school and try to make myself enjoy it and be motivated to study instead of just hating on it
  • Studying for exams last minute: Often I would underestimate how much study would be required for each task so I wanna start studying for each assessment at least a few weeks before instead of a few days or even a day before. Even if content isn’t finished I wanna start revising and doing practice questions early on, throughout the term
  • Being unproductive in study periods. This!
