and

[6.2, 6.4) -> the area was 2*0.1 = 0.2 less that 0.2 so it can't be this

and the other two were for decreasing function but it was increasing?

oh. for 9 i was thinking f'(x) is positive so its increasing, so it can't be including 6.0, so its [6.2,6.4)

yeah but i did that as well. then someone told be it has 2 on the y axis meaning the area under the rectangle is 2*0.1 =0.2 but the area of the rectangle overestimates so it must be less than 6.2 if that makes sense?

i didnt think to let θ = sinθ + π/2 LOL it was the most basic thing... i think the q wanted us to find the point that lies on y=x, so that y = θ and use that value to find arc length..
