uni maths starts from extension 2 and 1 level. even advanced wouldn't suffice. standard would be going in there with 2 years of knowledge gap

oh anyone doing modern history, i lowkey forgot how to properly do "Assess the perspective of the source" q's --> anyone have like a good structure?

i dont think thats a very common type of question?
usually it's more "assess the value of the source" or "account for the perspective of the source"
would the question ur referring to be "assess the value of the perspective of the source" perhaps?

I was literally about to ask 2025ers what they were gonna miss from school and my answer is math

math standard 2 is the best subject for students that are eligible for math advanced but not doing as great as they wanted

I love the satisfaction of figuring out super complicated questions in 3 and 4U
my math class had a joke with our teacher 'cause she said that she used to do the HSC paper every year to see how it was...anyways I might end up becoming her

oh also modern ppl (doing russia) would u say that Stalin's economy wasn't tot due to the resistance of the peasants to collectivisation + the "chaos in the economy" of the 5YP + industrialisation (basically just its ineffective nature as a long term economic solution?)

i like to think of it as a "describe the perspective" and weave in a 'why' as a sort of link
so the structure would be like
who and their significance:
what is one aspect of their perspective:
why is that so?:
and repeat the above 2 depending on the amount of marks

i thought that as well but the novelty wore off as soon as i walked out of the ext 1 exam
