My math teacher like marks our papers in roughly 3 days (idk abt this year bc the math teachers are collectively marking papers based on sections)also,
I DID MY MODERN TEST ON LIKE WED LAST WEEK???? how tf did she mark it so quick LMAO
at least it's math,,,,, like that shit's either yes you got it, you almost got it, or no you didn't. who marks an entire class of essays in the span of less than a week,,,,,,My math teacher like marks our papers in roughly 3 days (idk abt this year bc the math teachers are collectively marking papers based on sections)
answering this semi-seriously (in my opinion) it's bc there are no time markers/time limits & people/teachers breathing down your neck + sometimes stuff is boring,,,,,, like. no enforced schedule (even if you do have a schedule at home), no 'time limit' and no one tells you exactly what to do at home.Guyz- tell me why time goes soooo slow in school but so fast when i'm at home and trying to do work![]()
That's actually fair though- your yap makes sense dw-answering this semi-seriously (in my opinion) it's bc there are no time markers/time limits & people/teachers breathing down your neck + sometimes stuff is boring,,,,,, like. no enforced schedule (even if you do have a schedule at home), no 'time limit' and no one tells you exactly what to do at home.
at school, every subject, break and place is planned out and enforced by the teachers, meaning you get constant reminders of what time it is, how much time has passed & a set amount of time you have to do something, so its harder to lose track of time, especially when the material's boring and/or the teacher is trying to make sure you aren't distracted.
at home, you've got a lot more freedom and are probably more relaxed, nobody's there telling you exactly what to do and to stop you from being distracted, no constantly enforced schedule (both by teachers and other students following it), and no time limit you have to do something other than your own brain deciding when it should, so it's really easy to forget to check the time, get distracted and lose track of time, especially when you aren't under a good amount of pressure and no one's gonna embarrass/scold you in front of other people your age if you do get distracted and lose time.
yeah this was a lot of yap but it's a pretty fun question!!!!
So this explains my literal crashout/passout today. I came home expecting to do work and ended up falling asleep for an hour an a half!answering this semi-seriously (in my opinion) it's bc there are no time markers/time limits & people/teachers breathing down your neck + sometimes stuff is boring,,,,,, like. no enforced schedule (even if you do have a schedule at home), no 'time limit' and no one tells you exactly what to do at home.

imo naps are both the best thing (to me personally) and the worst thing (to my productivity) invented,,,, bc on one hand i need to do stuff. but eepy,,,,,,, and yet i may end up knocked out for like. an uncountable amount of hours. once i started napping during the afternoon, like 4-5ish, naively thinking i'd wake up in an hour or two, and then the next moment woke up bleary as fuck, the sun down and my entire room pitch black, fumbled around and found my phone, which told me that it was fucking 9-ish and that nobody had woke me up for dinner,,,,,,,So this explains my literal crashout/passout today.
