My school is ranked 123rd in the state last year

My aim is at least a ATAR of 80 for my early entry into Info Sys/Comp Sci in UNSW πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™
Please help me determine my ATAR

From this information, your current performance seems consistent with an ATAR of up to 75. This essentially indicates that you are not far from your minimum goal of 80, although it is clear that favourable HSC exam performance will be crucial in maximising your chances of achieving your ATAR goal.

IPT is your best-performing subject, meaning that it is likely to make the best contribution to your ATAR compared to the rest of your subjects. You should capitalise on this by thoroughly preparing for your IPT HSC exam, allowing you to solidify your overall performance and maximise this subject's contribution to your ATAR.

Your position in English Standard and Business Studies is slightly less favourable, which may slightly hinder you from reaching your desired ATAR. It is therefore important to allocate additional study time towards these subjects, allowing you to address any areas of improvement. This would consequently allow you to perform well in their HSC exam and enhance their contribution to your ATAR.

Lastly, Society and Culture and Mathematics Standard appear to be your lowest-performing subjects. This means that a significant improvement to your overall performance can be made because there is the greatest room for improvement in these subjects. As such, you may wish to consider placing additional emphasis on your preparations. Ultimately, the more you can improve, the better the contribution of these subjects to your ATAR, and the closer you get to your ATAR goal.

I hope this helps! :D

whats the strat to do good in ipt?
Bro literally just link all of your content to the scenario and you're golden, but other than that it's literally just a game of memorising and using the jargon to make your response sound smart even though you're literally repeating the question to force it to link.

If you don't know your content by now past papers are going to be kind of useless, but if you know your content then just do past papers.

The protocol levels, error checking methods, and topologies
so for the protocol levels try and memorise the communication systems framework,

for the error checking methods:
PARITY BIT - Worst because it can only detect 1 other possibility which means that it can only detect 50% of the errors of corrupted messages
CHECKSUM - Average because it can detect a larger amount of errors but some data can still slip through if the digits which are added still equal the same sum and provide the same remainder.
CRC - Best it can detect 99.9% errors because it uses a complex division process by combining all the numbers into one large number instead of adding then dividing it by the divisor, which gives a insanely large remainder which is almost not likely to occur if any data changes.

Topologies:
Memorises the shapes of them

Star - best, can still work if one connection is broken, most expensive to set up
Bus - Worst, data collides all the time slowing the transmission down, doesn't work if the main line is broken, cheapest
Ring - Alright, data still collides sometimes but rarely, doesn't work if ring is broken, medium price
Wireless - Alright, useful for any wireless medium such as phones, medium price
Hybrid - Mixture of any topology to create a better more functional one, can be expensive or cheap based on topologies used.

Hope this information helps, if you need anything else let me know.
