how do i write a discursive?
the way i approached it was as an essay with creative techniques or form, or with a more conversational tone. discursive is one of those things where there’s not a strict way of doing it, just make sure you provide both sides of an argument and don’t argue only one perspective for the whole thing.

im so sad :(

i studied geography so hard and i was so confident for my exam on it. i opened the exam and i knew all the content, all of it. but i didnt finish in time, even with provisions for extra time it didnt matter. i write fast for exams, the problem is i have a really low processing speed so it takes me a lot longer than the average person to articulate my thoughts. you dont notice it too much when its split second decisions, but when its an exam question you have to make sense of the question and properly articulate your response, that takes me quite a while. i knew all the content, i had it all in my head, it just fucking takes me longer to articulate it. i didnt finish in time because of that. im so upset. if i just had 10 more minutes i couldve fucking answered them and gotten 95%, i knew the fucking answers and what to write, but i ran out of time. ive mostly accepted that im autistic now since i was diagnosed, but this is the shit that still makes me wish i wasnt. it doesnt matter how much i do, how hard i try, how much effort i put in, this shit will hold me back and define me.
