98-99 (presumably 99) aligned based on uac percentile data, so last year if I had to guess 96-97 raw?

it’s literally just who gets the highest overall hsc mark (unrounded), and then if there’s ties they base it on results in 3u

some people say it’s also based on working but as @Trebla has pointed out there’s no evidence for this

if it’s hanging and not experiencing any net force in a direction then both sides of force in that direction are equal
