yeah i understand, but like can you say external is something ethical a busienss can do, even if they would do it anyway??

i mean i doubt youd have to make this comparison anywhere but i guess you could make something up about internally they can do things to make it more ethical idk

No you can't that's why there is a distinction between legal compliance and ethical responsibility. Ethical responsibility is going above and beyond the law, so external audits aren't considered to be an ethical practice because they are already required by the AASB and all companies must do it. @s9a Stop feeding this garbage to everyone and instead please try to aim for 10/20 in your multi's

Those terms are listed under Operations but the definitions are consistent throughout the syllabus, an ethical practice simply must be something that isn't required by the law and is done on a business's own accord. I'll revise what I said previously, only public companies, large private companies and nfp orgs are required.

outsourcing is when u get another specialist business to do smth for you

contracting, theres two types:
- contract OF service --> employee
- contract FOR service --> independent contractor, employment is not ongoing and usually does a work for u for a fixed period of time
