Solubility is defined as the number of grams of anhydrous substance that will dissolve in 100g of water at 25oC.
You should learn these three terms that describe solubility.
Soluble : at least 1 g will dissolve in 100 g of water
Sparingly Soluble: at least 0.1 g will dissolve in 100g of water
Insoluble: less than 0.01 g will dissolve in 100g of water.
Based on this definition, barium hydroxide and calcium hydroxide both rank as "sparingly soluble", and all the rest in the table rank as "insoluble".
