do any of the other moderators actually do anything I feel like it’s just you
It is a bit of a tricky situation because different moderators are subject to different circumstances. Some have full-time roles and try to make occasional contributions, both in the forums and behind the scenes. Trebla is an example, given his efforts to organise BoS trials each year. Others may be undertaking further study, which is usually highly time-consuming. jazz519, being a PhD candidate, is a good example of this.

With that being said, a few moderators have been inactive for some time. I am personally not aware of the reasons for this, although I do hope to see them back on BoS one day.

also which math past papers should i be doing there 600 for mx1 and 2 idk how to allocate this time
Try do a paper a day it should be more than sufficient. (Doesn’t have to be under timed conditions and could do them during class) Start with the easier schools paper and work your way up from there. That way you start noticing recurring themes when doing the papers and work out tricks to solving certain qs.

hi!! i think i'm late to the thread so i probably won't get any responses but do you reckon having 3 weeks before the trials and around 3 months before the hscs, are enough time to catch up on a lot of content and do well in both? how did you go with studying up until the HSC exams? what approach did you take? how to overcome procrastination? am i absolutely screwed? i can't get myself to stop procrastinating, like i'm so stressed about the trials but i can't bring myself to study despite sitting at my desk the entire day.

something that's helped me is using the 5 second rule, just give 5 secs to urself to collect ur thoughts and do SOMETHING, whether its getting a book to write on or starting a new document, and whenever u see urself get distracted u just use the rule. idk giving a countdown for myself kinda forces me to be productive. also make yourself accountable or have someone help with that, eg. give ur phone to someone rather than keeping it next to u so that u wont be tempted to distract urself

nah i get u, its so hard to get started but it'll feel so good when u get it out of the way so u don't stress later.
my teachers are deciding to move onto new content next term that isn't in the trials, so we don't get to go over revision content in class, but my trials are in less than 2 weeks
