quite friendly, i would say he could be a bit more harsh on his students. But yeh he is pretty chill.

Some I found online were Delta Education, Dux Tuition, Matrix and Talent 100. Although personally, a private tutor may be more beneficial for English tutoring, as they can cater to your specific texts you are learning in class and can specifically address some of your issues with essay writing.
