Hi guys, should I be structuring my study notes for legal studies based on the syllabus dot points or the themes and challenges. Any response will be appreciated.

make separate notes for the theme and challenges. for your options, make sure to link the contemporary issues to the theme and challenges (make a 'mapping table' perhaps if it helps)

for the two essay topics, I try to do a practice essay based on each theme and that should suffice. and then some essays on the contemporary issues too

For crime - definitely do notes based on syllabus but just review your ideas for each theme.
