hey guys, does anyone have self-care as part of their routine, if so what. Such as any days off or so on as it does get stressful, but dk if its wasting time.
Do exercise a few times a week (but exercise that gets your body moving a lot and gets you puffed), eat unhealthy foods in moderation, treat yourself after completing tasks, hang out with friends in moderation, spend at least 30 minutes a day for yourself (baths, watch a movie, hobby ect.)hey guys, does anyone have self-care as part of their routine, if so what.
