hey guys, does anyone have self-care as part of their routine, if so what. Such as any days off or so on as it does get stressful, but dk if its wasting time.

you probably can take a day off to relax, chill with your family, go out and play a sport etc. it's definitely necessary imo but idk for the people who wanna get like 99.5+

its a good idea to take a rest day. this is a day where you do no school/HSC related work. Typically this is a day where you can invest in hobbies, sport, seeing friends, going to church (if that is your thing) etc.

Do exercise a few times a week (but exercise that gets your body moving a lot and gets you puffed), eat unhealthy foods in moderation, treat yourself after completing tasks, hang out with friends in moderation, spend at least 30 minutes a day for yourself (baths, watch a movie, hobby ect.)
