Does anyone know what happens after you turn 21? Can you just go straight for your Ps? I've heard conflicting things on this from different people. Half says you still have to do some form of "Learner" hours (not as big as 120 though), some say you don't do any hours at all and, as said before, can go straight for your Ps/do the drive test.

you arent allowed to get your license. if you didnt start it before you were 21 you are not allowed to drive ever.

If you have an international licence then all you have to do is the computer test and driving test then only you will be granted with your green Ps, I also assume that you can get your full license after the age of 25.

There are different road rules and licence requirements for each state. There is nothing special about 21 in NSW - it might be different in other states. If you're 21, on your Ls, you still need to do the hours.
However, if you're over 25, you can immediately take the driving test without doing the hours.
