Need 2 Related Texts (1 Viewer)

So I have an assessment coming up, and I need two related texts for The Motorcycle Diaries.
One needs to be written (novel, short story, poem) and one visual (film, series, short film)
I was thinking of doing the Catcher in the Rye as one because I've already read/analysed it twice in previous years (though for different modules obviously) but I don't know whether it'd be sufficient enough to related back to discovery. Thoughts??

These are super overused try pick some unique ones, but these still work since there will be lots of analysis online for it.
