It's between Chemistry and Biology.. but I'd say Chemistry.

I do Physics and Chem. A lot of the time Physics doesn't feel like an 'authentic science' at times for me, when it starts to get to mathematical which I personally don't mind but still.

Physics by far is the best course in my opinion. I did all three, and basing it on my preliminary course experience, I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed Physics the most, followed by Biology then Chemistry. Physics provided a nice balance of content with some applications and calculations which really made the course more interesting and dynamic.

Ag isn't offered in most schools and EES isn't popular (I think it's bc it's boring)

Exactly what eyeseeyou said. I honestly couldn't provide my opinion till I have actually done the course.
