Hi everyone. I can't construct this circuit because of the restrictions - I can only use OR, NOT, NAND -> Please help! Thanks

Consider A = 0, B = 1

NOT A AND NOT B = 1 AND 0 = 0

NOT (A AND B) = NOT ( 0 ) = 1

You must use De Morgan's laws.
