UAC Application number + pin and EAS (1 Viewer)

I'm doing the HSC in 2016
How and when do I get my UAC application number and pin?

Also when do I submit my EAS application for UNI in 2017? I downloaded the booklet for 2015-16 and the dates are confusing it says that EAS applications end sometime in July 2016 but when the hell does it start for me?

If it's open now, how do I submit it, I don't have my UAC application number and pin

I don't think I got my UAC PIN until at least June...

You get the letter in the mail sometime before July and I think you register for an account on the site with the pin they give you.

for EAS you can generally submit it before offers are released, but it's better to get it in earlier (maybe September) in order for UAC to process it in time
