What do you guys think of software engineering at MQ? Obviously UNSW would be better but if you don't get the required ATAR, would it be a good option to choose Macquarie second?

Would it be quicker driving? According to google maps it's MUCH quicker from my place to UNSW via a car, than public transport (like an hour difference).

I suppose that reason is valid. But even then I have some friends going to UoW and catching a 1hr train ride every day instead.

I have a feeling they'll get sick of doing that ...

And I'm much, much further away than an hour from Sydney, ahah! Rural NSW .

I lived 50Km from uni and did the 1.5hr trek 4x a week. 1 - 1.5 hour treks are quite common
