Assuming that evidence and analysis are about the text and discuss aspects of it, but question is not answered, what marks on average would one get for a fully prepared essay written word-per-word in the exam?

if it's sustained, then you'd get a 17/20 at bestHow about a really good attempt at answering the question with the prepared response?
you need consistency throughout your analysis, so if that's crap and the links to the Q in said analysis is awkward (even though you had an excellent intro and opening + concluding sentences), you'd get a 14-15/20WHAT ABOUT, average maybe even below average analysis, but sick intro and topic sentences and linking sentences?
That's actually a lot.if it's sustained, then you'd get a 17/20 at best

What if your thesis is shit but answers question, however dank analysis and links?you need consistency throughout your analysis, so if that's crap and the links to the Q in said analysis is awkward (even though you had an excellent intro and opening + concluding sentences), you'd get a 14-15/20
well, the intro needs to establish a good impression and if that doesn't come across because you have a shit thesis, the marker will immediate think "alright, this essay isn't gonna get in the A range anymore" and even if you have dank analysis and links, it still wouldn't change the marker's opinionWhat if your thesis is shit but answers question, however dank analysis and links?
Strong thesis, sustained, discusses question + Relevant arguments shown in topic sentences + Quotes and techniques + Below average attempt at linking techniques to arguments but strong link from thesis to question + Academically sustained thesis throughout the essay, shown in conclusion = ?/20well, the intro needs to establish a good impression and if that doesn't come across because you have a shit thesis, the marker will immediate think "alright, this essay isn't gonna get in the A range anymore" and even if you have dank analysis and links, it still wouldn't change the marker's opinion
you'd probably get a 16/20 if you're lucky (the body paragraphs have to be amazing tho)
probably 17-18/20 tbhStrong thesis, sustained, discusses question + Relevant arguments shown in topic sentences + Quotes and techniques + Below average attempt at linking techniques to arguments but strong link from thesis to question + Academically sustained thesis throughout the essay, shown in conclusion = ?/20
b5/b6How about a really good attempt at answering the question with the prepared response?
high b5WHAT ABOUT, average maybe even below average analysis, but sick intro and topic sentences and linking sentences?
God dammit, those English teachers are so shallowwell, the intro needs to establish a good impression and if that doesn't come across because you have a shit thesis, the marker will immediate think "alright, this essay isn't gonna get in the A range anymore" and even if you have dank analysis and links, it still wouldn't change the marker's opinion
