Hey,

My hand is hurting even when I don't write. Modules exam is tomorrow and we have such limited time, so do you have any advice on what to do?

Thanks

Rest it. Get some anti-inflammatory pain relief gel from the chemist, I've been rubbing that crap in every 3 hours. Also I have been icing it.

Get an ice block or even frozen vegetables like peas and put a towel over it and place on your hand!

Do you have cold/heat packs you can freeze? Otherwise just use like a lunchbox ice block and wrap it in cloth or whatever and rest your hand / wrist on it.

If you use vegetables you defrost the veggies and ruin them.

Haha but you don't use the frozen vegetables on your hand until they defrost lol your hand will become numb and frozen lol. It is recommended 20-30 minutes every 1-2 hours or so
