Have one clash between two lectures, and only way to fix is to change unit of study (which looks like it will result in many more clashes!)

Can you only live stream lectures or is it possible to download recorded lectures to watch at a different time?

To find out if the lecture is recorded, is the only way to check to email the lecturer ? (how to find the email if name of lecturer is not cited in units of study descriptions?)

Yeah, email the lecturer because not all lectures are recorded and if they use the projector or black/white board you won't see any of the material just slides and a voice recording. You can view the recording anytime you like.

Thank you! Sorry to ask another question, but how would you find a lecturer's email? One lecturer's name doesn't appear in the student email address book and the other class doesn't have a lecturer listed in the units of study description page- is there a resource I'm missing? ;;

You can check Blackboard or the main website for that unit eg. Sociology look under the Discipline or School of Sociology to see who teaches what unit and their contact details (includes a phone number too for you to call). Other than that you can email the main School or Faculty office to be referred to the lecturer or unit coordinator of the unit you are after.
