i am going to fail
i have had lots of personal issues and have not even started revising- my exam is tomorrow
i have an application with uac to apply for a completely diff course in another australian university next year and this university has told me they will only use my ATAR since i was a part time student this year

so technically not doing my finals at unsw wont matter?

I guess at the moment it wouldn't matter, and the personal issues are more important to deal with. Just note that potential employers might ask for your transcript for this year, so it would show many low fails or maybe even zeroes.

Most likely not but they might seek an explanation for essentially a year missing from your CV (depending if you add this year to your CV). Even if it's extremely unlikely, it's good to have contingency plans in the event they do ask.

just say it was a gap year lol
For all intentions and purposes there is a lot you can do with a gap year and generally if you take a gap year you would be using that to your advantage....

I recommend not lying to potential employers when applying for jobs. It is ground for firing someone. Also employers have permission to contact education institution to ask for your details. Whether your uni provide those details is a different question :p
