For the communication what did u write..I just wanna check if I am on the rightI thought some of the questions were a bit tricky. Like that rennin question and cloning question. And in communication the friken monkey question (FARKKKK!!!!)
Yeah that 8 marker was beautiful, I filled up like 3 pages on Darwin, Mendel and SuttonTbh that was one of the easier questions.
I don't know about every one is but I LOVED that 8 marker. Perfect to talk about Mendel, Sutton/Boveri, Morgan and their ideas on inheritance
I couldn't take my paper home, but mine looks almost the same except 3)D and 20)Cwhat did everyone put for the MC answers I got;
1)a
2)c
3)a
4)d

Likewise I used all the extra writing space in that bookletYeah that 8 marker was beautiful, I filled up like 3 pages on Darwin, Mendel and Sutton
CloneSooooo clone or not a clone for the eggs?
Thank fuckClone
I was having doubts as well when I was answering that 5 marker, but it is right I spoke with my bio teacher after. He said that the ovum acts as the sperm carrying the other 23 chromosomes required to fertilise and since all the DNA belongs to the orignal female, then it must be a cloneThank fuck
dafaqqq i wrote there was no clone... ggatarClone
yea fair enough but for 3 the graph shows molecules moving from high to low which suggests diffusion, if the concentration gradient was low to high then that would be active transport and 20 I just had an educated guessI couldn't take my paper home, but mine looks almost the same except 3)D and 20)C
What do you mean the genetics was literally the easiest they could make it. No cloning, selective breeding, barely anything on gene expression, nothing on HOX genes and the like. It was a pleasant papersooo am i the only one that thought the entire exam was bullshit especially genetics like ill be surprised if i end up with a band 5 lmao
I said it resulted in an identical phenotype, but the genotype though carrying the identical components is not identical due to the function of crossing over and gamete formation in the homologous chromosomes resulting in a different pair of homologous chromosomesSooooo clone or not a clone for the eggs?
The diffusion question was number 2... I don't remember what question 3 wasyea fair enough but for 3 the graph shows molecules moving from high to low which suggests diffusion, if the concentration gradient was low to high then that would be active transport and 20 I just had an educated guess
Q3 was what plant adaptation minimises water lossThe diffusion question was number 2... I don't remember what question 3 was
