but you also shouldn't rely on scaling for a good ATAR

As I said, it might not be correct. But tbh if you do well externally, scaling shouldn't be a problem.

Don't rely on scaling for your ATAR, rely on yourself.

Only some of them are my subjects.
And I couldn't agree more, students rely way too much on scaling.

It's hard to give you an exact idea, because all of those subjects scale similar. A rough order would be:

1) Economics
2) Advanced English
3) Modern History
4) Biology
5) Ancient History
= 6) Legal Studies
= 6) Studies of Religion (1 & 2)
7) PDHPE

SOR 1 scales much lower than SOR 2. Everything else is correct although biology sometimes scales higher than modern depending on the canditure

I had a UAC talk and she said that no subjects are scaled anymore because students were relying on this too much?

Economics is ranked first for humanity subjects , advanced English scales we'll but no point in comparing to other subjects except other units of English... And not to sure bout the rest, but if your not doing good at them, there's no point of picking it even if it scales high!!
