What colour shoes go with a Mid Grey suit? (1 Viewer)

Hello everyone,

It looks like this part of the forum is dead so I thought I might try my bestest to try and revive it.

So I own this suit;

and I really like dressing in lilac/purple shirts with purple ties because I think it looks sharp.

But I'm trying to explore more dressing combinations, in particular the colour of shoes that would be better appropriate with a mid grey coloured suit with my purple combo. Currently I wear black leather, but I think that it looks a little off.

I'm open to other colour combinations with shirts and ties too.

Look at the picture of the model:

I like the mahogany leather, myself, with the burgundy tie.

Tan shoes are also a nice look with the right tie- maybe navy or plum coloured.

It depends also on your personal looks; olive skin, light hair ect.

Just go with something individual but not too out there. Or just go with some common model compositions online.

And ew, the reason I got a grey suit was to avoid the black. I also just got a new navy suit. If I go black it'd be black with pinstripes but it's not on my list of must have suits.

My opinion, anything that doesnt stand out too much - black, dark brown, pretty much anything dark
