I'm quite sure it's D because researching it, a friend found "Ownership of land is based on division and distribution of ritual responsibility for land and sacred sites and not on the Western notion of owning, using or occupying land". So on that basis, ritual estate is based on ritual responsibility rather than territorial boundaries which is the Western notion of owning land... our teachers say D
+1. found the pdf file by typing in that sentence into google :p So does that confirm its D?

i researched it too and came up with this:
"the group will be able to live within its own estate but it is often necessary to travel over the lands of other groups in search of food and water"

well it supports A in the sense that the land is the constant which they express the dreaming etc

this could be like biology MC, where two answers are accepted l0l

pretty retarded questions in the MC today though

That was exactly, to the tee, my reasoning in the exam. Ritual responsibility defines the estate. Plus I thought one of the reasons terra nullius was accepted initially was because of the lack of territories defined by westerners.

3 is C :L
It's not, initiation ceremonies have nothing to do with political life. It was either D (responsibility) or B (gender roles ie. initiation from boy to man at age 14 or whatever it is). Not 100% on that one, both of them are correct in essence, just a matter of which one is more correct.

Its B because most muslims live in south and southeast asia and the majority of Hinduis do live in India meaning that both the statements are false making it b!
If you look at the 2011 hsc paper and go to the religion and non-religion five marker, it has a source that says 98% of Muslims live outside their country of origin
