Im thinking AC/DC comparison, something on superconductors, potentially 7 marker, hmmmm YEA i think lots of motors and generators will be in there, since I heard from my teacher lots of students dislike m and g. Luckily im round bout the same in all the modules hehe.

What do YOU hope to see in the exam? What are your strong/weak points of the course?

I hope 7marker is on space re-entry or potential for future space travel due to relativity. I wonder what prac they will ask; probably magnetic levitation or demonstrating motor effect/induction motor.
Also hope there is a long response about technology/advances in physics.

Hope theres not a lot on GPE/KE

Oh yes! That'd be awesome if we had that hehe. I totally forgot about induction motor prac and it was in my trial exam and I just babbled something out and STILL GOT 2/4 haha.

I hate pracs tbh. Hardly ever revise them. There's hardly any, at most 1 prac in HSC exams, and as in my trial example where I got 2/4, im hoping if there IS a prac that I can bs something out from memory. Revising pracs is like revising english for me haha.

^ last yrs projectile was pretty good, but most others tend to be basic. Maybe this year they'd ask for a projectile on another planet to keep things fresh !!

Harder projectile motion in complicated contexts. Would be fully sik brah.

I'm hoping for a lot of Module 1 and 2 ... Module 3 kinda bugs me.
And also hoping for a fresh PM !
I hope calculation questions don't end up with stupid answers like 237.73536288267 ...can never be confident with answers like that
And astro has to be my weakest area..

I hope for a long response they ask a discuss about superconductors and where they can be used for future implications
and must agree, KEEP THE PRACS OUT PLEASE pretty much didn't even look at half the pracs in school, didn't even know the modelling an AC motor was a dotpoint until the day before trials -_-

Not keen for the prac questions either. I hope it's something simple like the proving cathode ray properties or intertial FOR's. And a 7 marker on space travel potential or transistors would be beeeaaaauuutiful. As long as AC electric motors don't come up. And I reckon the 7 marker in Quanta to Quarks will be on the Manhatten project.

I got full marks for the extended responses on einsteins contributions to all dem theery's in my trial, would be FULLY SIK if they were in HSC

I think I had the same trial paper lol. I spoke about an application of it as an alternator lol.
Got 4/4 I think and drew a squirrel-cage rotor.
