Do girls in their mid 20s (23,24,25,26) consider a guy who's 31 years old as a "man" who they will date and possibly get married to?

Obviously being old has some advantages such as:

- graduated uni
- stable good job
- good car


Is a guy over 31 a complete turn off for these girls because of age?
