Hey everyone, I am currently in Year 11 and I want an ATAR of 90 and I would like to know how high I should rank with my subjects

English Standard 18/120
Mathematics 35/60
Studies of Religion 28/120
Legal 10/50
Biology 24/60
Economics 6/20

Also is it true that the highest external mark goes to the person whos internal ranked 1st ?
So like say 3 people
person ranked 1 got 92 external
person ranked 2 got 95 external
person ranked 3 got 97 external

then it person ranked 1 gets 97 and person 3 gets 92 ?

Yep. The top rank will get the highest mark for their internal while the bottom rank will get the lowest mark for their internal.
